REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

- Return Period
You have seven days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund. If more than seven days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. - Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
It must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if you received a defective or incorrect item), you will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, we will process your refund and, depending on your payment provider, automatically apply a credit to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
